What we collect

When you submit our form, we collect your name, phone, email, property address or town, problem type, timeline, optional details and optional photos. Our host (Netlify) also processes standard server logs.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and to share it with a small number of independent local contractors so they can contact you about your project. We don't sell your information to data brokers.

Contact consent

By submitting, you agree that we and the contractors we refer you to may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask any contractor to stop contacting you.

Storage

Form submissions are stored with our form provider (Netlify Forms). We keep them only as long as needed for the referral and our records.

Your choices

To ask us to delete your submission, reply to any email from us or use the form and choose "Not sure" with a note saying "delete my data."

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We also record how visitors reached the site (for example an ad, a search engine or a link), the page they landed on, and the approximate area (city or region level) reported by ad click data, to measure which advertising works. This is stored in your browser's localStorage for up to 90 days and sent with your form submission; we set no additional cookies.
